Exchange & Returns/Refund Policy

Any product purchased from Eminence online store can be exchanged/refunded from the Online channels ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state. This policy is applicable to local orders who notify us within three days of delivery only.

You are eligible for an exchange/refund if:

  • We have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged. 
  • You wish to change the size.
  • You change your mind.

We require proof of purchase (Your order no, email confirmation etc.) and product(s) must be in their original form and packaging with tags intact.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will be processed for Exchange or Refund within 24 hours. All refunds require a valid bank account in Pakistan. Refund amount will be exclusive of delivery charges and will appear on your bank statement within seven business days.
